Josh Shapiro was born in the year 1973 on June 20th and he hails from Kansas, Missouri.
Josh Shapiro Family:
Shapiro was raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania as the son of Steven and Judi Shapiro. His father practiced pediatrics, whereas his mother worked as a teacher at an elementary school. He has one sibling by the name Joffrey.
Training:
The young man had his high schooling from Jack M Barrack Hebrew Academy where he gained a strong Jewish identity that has stayed with him throughout his life. He obtained a BA in political science from University of Rochester during which time he served as president of the student body hence demonstrating leadership ability early enough. He later graduated with a JD from Georgetown University law school where after he never lost interest in politics and public law thus highlighting how crucial his academic background played out in his future career.
Josh Career:
Before embarking on politics itself, Shapiro served under several congressmen like Joe Hoeffel as their legislative assistant when he was working in Washington DC. His first big job involved working for Peter Deutsch who was United States representative at that time but specifically as the deputy general counsel. Political career:
From 2005 until 2012, Shapiro made the Pennsylvania House of Representatives his stepping stone into politics.
